Go to each paid to read e-mail account that you have set up and log in. Once you have logged in - go to the "referral center" or the "link to us" section. This is where you will find the "code" to link back to the site so that you can "recruit" or "refer" others to sign up for the free money (how tough could this be?). Find the code or the banner and just "highlight" it with your cursor (your mouse pointer). Then hit "control c" for copy. Now open up your word processor document again and type in something like: here is the link for "xxxpaydmail.com": then space down a line or 2 and hit "control v" for paste.
